A travel product is any bookable service listed on Rezoroo. They include Hotels + Rooms, Vacation Rentals, Car Rentals, Tours & Activities.
Listing your travel products on Rezoroo is absolutely free! We do however charge a small transaction fee for each successful booking.
Absolutely! Get in touch with your account manager and they’ll be able to start the process for you and have your listings ready for booking on Rezoroo in no time!
In the future as we grow we plan to introduce different payment options as demands grow.
 We’ve seen an upward trend with guests who are staying longer stays, so it would be wise to set discounts for longer stays: Three Nights, 7 Days, 14 Days & Month Long Stays.
We currently don’t require your Travel Product to have insurances other than what’s required by law in your area. However it would be great to have insurance that can cover instances where need a little help covering some unexpected expenses such as accidents. Please check with your insurance provider to ensure you are covered for renting your travel products just to be on the safe side.
Once you’ve filled in all the information required of you, including your rates & availability it’s instantly published on Rezoroo for booking. You can make mention of you publishing your travel product to your account manager so that they may take a final look to ensure you’ve dotted all the I’s and crossed all the t’s.
So to sum it up, we give you a safe & secure platform you can host & advertise your Travel Products and no upfront cost to you.
From your dashboard you can navigate to the Travel Product type you’re interested in, click to expand  the sub menu then go to Bookings from there you’ll see a list of all confirmed, active & past reservations, you can click on details which will reveal a number of details including you the fees/commission you pay to Rezoroo to bring your that reservation in question
You’ll only have to approve reservations when the instant book feature is off. Hint: Instant book Travel products experience three to four times more reservations.
When cancellations occur on behalf of guests, your cancellation policy is strict and it fall within the conditions listed in our Cancellation & Refund, we’ll issue a payout to you and you’ll be charged the regular service fee for regular reservations. If your cancellation policy is flexible, you won’t receive a payout and you won’t pay any service fees for the cancelled reservation.
